General Skills and Actions Description

There will be an extremely large collection of skills that can be merged together to create actions. It will take a long time to work out what these actions can be but i wish to have each combination of three skills to eventually have their own action, which can then be given a description unique to each player.

For example, if two swordsmen are in combat, you could combine a movement and a striking skill for a charge attack of some kind, or mathematics to enhance your aiming as a sniper by calculating bullet trajectory. As the goal is to be able to combine all skills with each other, it will be a challenge to figure out things like vehicle mechanics, dancing and persuasion together at the same time. Thats up for discussion, but not every combination has to actually be useful.
